Foods…the quality of the foods we eat and understanding of what they do for our bodies is key! Food is medicine and will either encourage disease or help fight it! Diets do not work long term and there are lots of people promoting unhealthy ways to lose weight / body fat! The simple thing to remember is we are what we eat and although having a treat every now and then is ok, we are all human and deserve a treat! Getting back on it the next day is vital to our lifestyle goals!
Bottom line…we are not all training to be athletes but we all want to be the best version of ourselves! We have to enjoy our training and healthy way of life and have zest for life! Change your mind and change your life!
